On 19 September 2025, Oxford College of Business proudly hosted a special workshop in collaboration with Great Place to Work®, designed exclusively for OCB students. The event took place at the OCB Colombo 07 campus and provided participants with valuable insights into the importance of workplace culture in driving personal and professional success.

The workshop covered a range of key themes, including:

• The role of culture in employee engagement and retention
• How culture impacts productivity and innovation
• Building a strong employer brand through culture
• Practical steps to create and sustain a thriving workplace

Students gained first-hand knowledge from industry experts on how cultivating a positive workplace culture can enhance both career growth and organizational success. The interactive sessions encouraged reflection, discussion, and practical learning, leaving participants inspired to contribute meaningfully to future workplaces.

Each participant also received a certificate of participation, underscoring the value of the event in their academic and professional journey.
