Oxford College of Business Named a “Great Place to Work” for the 2nd Time

Employee Survey Validates Oxford College of Business’s Commitment to Employee Success, Career Development and a Healthy Work Environment as Oxford College of Business Continues to Thrive as Sri Lanka’s best business school.

Oxford College of Business Sri Lanka’s premier business school today announced that the country’s most popular business school was one of the top 20 companies in Sri Lanka to receive the “Great Place to Work” Award 2015 by Great Place to Work Institute in partnership with Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and LMD Magazine. Oxford College of Business also won the Gold Award where they were adjudged the Best in the Small Sized Enterprise Category (50-200 Employees). The awards are presented based on feedback from employees on how their companies create opportunities for development and career growth, as well as how employers demonstrate to workers that they are valued. Oxford College of Business was presented with its award at a ceremony held on the 10th of June 2015 at the Hilton Colombo Main Ballroom.

The 2015 Great Place to Work award competition determines the Top 20 Companies in Sri Lanka via online surveys that are sent directly to employees by Great Place to Work Institute Sri Lanka. Competing against over 60 companies, representing over 14 business sectors across the country, Oxford College of Business participated in a rigorous selection process, which included an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about benefits programs and company practices.
